Do you offer discreet shipping?
You bet we do! Our discreet shipping practices maintain confidentiality, allowing you to enjoy your purchases without any unnecessary attention.
When will my order ship?
It depends on where you live. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible. Our order processing times are 1-2 business days, but typically much quicker than that. If you order on the weekend, it will be shipped out the following business day (Holidays may affect this).
When will I get my local delivery?
The cut off time for same day local delivery is 2pm. If you ordered before 2pm on a business day, your order will be delivered after 2pm, but no later than 7:30pm. If we are running late, we will notify you.
We do not offer delivery on weekends. If you ordered for local delivery on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Monday (Holidays may affect this).
Do you have any coupons?
Yes! If you are a new customer, you can get $10 off your first order here. Otherwise, if you’ve already used the $10 coupon and are looking for more savings, be sure to sign up for our High Miles rewards program to help save even more. Of course he is! Believe it or not, many people think we are a large corporate company and Steve is just a “name” and not a person, but that is simply not true. We truly are a small business. Our team consists of Steve, his wife Molly, and three other amazing employees – that’s it!
